Sarah Hayley Orrantia
Sarah Hayley Orrantia (born February 21st 1994) is an American actress, singer, and songwriter. She is most well-known for her role as Erica Goldberg on the ABC comedy series The Goldbergs. She was a part of Lakoda Rayne which was a country girl group which Paula Abdul created during the first season. Her debut single, "Love Sick", was released in the year 2015. Her debut EP, The Way Out (May 2019) was released in May of 2019. Orrantia began singing when she was nine and began professional training at twelve. The first song she wrote was at the age of 13. At the age of 15, she made her debut EP of covers and begun writing with her songwriter Jamie Houston who at the time was best known for her songs written for three Disney High School Musical movies. Orrantia auditioned to The X Factor in the summer of 2011. Orrantia was picked from a YouTube video and was awarded four "yes" votes from the judges during the live audition phase in Seattle. She auditioned originally as solo artist. However, during Hollywood Week, Orrantia and three female performers were grouped together to take on the remainder of the auditions. They were eliminated at the conclusion of the fifth week in the live stage.
